A standard cleaning and/or Air BNB of residential and office locations involves several key tasks designed to ensure a spotless environment.

 This typically includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches, and emptying trash bins.

  Additionally, kitchens and bathrooms receive thorough scrubbing to eliminate germs and maintain hygiene standards.

  Proper organization and clutter removal are also essential, contributing to both cleanliness and productivity.

  Consistency in these practices not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also fosters a healthier atmosphere for residents and employees alike.

Check list:

ALL ROOMS

Dusting- All Ceiling Fans, Light fixtures, Crown Moldings, , AC Vents, Blinds, Window Panes, Base Boards, Furniture, All Surface Areas , Tables , light switch , Curtains and outlet face plates and Lamps will be dusted with your choosing of dusting spray and a microfiber or soft bristle duster ( depending on severity and surface texture) and / or by hand with microfiber towel.

• Floors- All floors will be vacuumed and / or Steam mopped as required with your choosing of carpet freshener or room freshener applied upon exit.
• All surfaces shall be wiped clean disinfected
• Trash- all trash cans and/ or waist baskets will be emptied and fresh liner placed. Washing of bins will be applied as needed. 
• Pick up( tidy up)-pick up and replacement of all out of place items.
• Fixtures- all fixtures such as door handles and faucets shall be wiped and polished and disinfected.
• Glass- All glass surfaces including mirrors shall be wiped clear or streak marks, finger prints or any other obstructions
• T.v.’s / Electronics - Tv screens may be cleaned using a specialized rag and specific kind of solution , Backs of Tvs and other electronics will be cleaned in the dusting phase.
• All surfaces and qualifyimg are was will be dusted

KITCHEN

• All Surface Areas, counter tops, front of cabinet doors, refrigerators and stove ( not the inside, fronts only) , sink basins, inside of microwave and will be wiped down with disinfectant of your choosing.

LIVING ROOM

• Couches/ Chairs- all cushions will be lifted on all seats and lightly cleaned with cloth, cushions replacement and straightened .
• All throw pillows and throw blankets will be positioned .
• All fabrics in room will be sprayed with freshener of your choosing .
• For wood surfaces , all shall be polished with wood protection and shine

BEDROOMS 

• Beds- Blankets , sheets , pillows, throw blankets and throw pillows will be arranged and all sprayed with fabric freshener.

BATHROOMS

• Toilets/ Sinks/ Bathtubs/ Showers- All shall be scrubbed free of buildup and/ or soap scum, wiped clean and disinfected .
• Mirrors- all mirrors will be treated with a version of rain ex to prevent

FOR AIR BNB

• Any items that you provide shall be restocked such as toilet Paper, soaps , shampoo ect.
• If you provide any Welcome packs or local information  and such those will also be presented to you liking
